Attorneys Lori Costanzo, Esq. and Andrea Justo, Esq. will present contemporary law and practical options when sexual harassment complaints of various kinds are presented. Topics will include the types of complaints, options for investigations, the “do’s” and “don’ts” of conducting them and instructions to investigators, clients and potential witnesses when they occur. They will also describe how they do their work to maximize its effectiveness at trial. They will discuss what experts and juries look for in workplace misconduct investigations.
