Registration

  • For each meal not included in exhibitor, silver, gold, or platinum sponsorships, additional representatives will be charged
  • Rate after expiration of early bird discount on 9/15/18
  • Exhibitors who are or become sustaining members at time of registration for $100 fee and completion of sustaining member application
  • Sponsor advertisement items placed in attendee bags (90-100). Sponsor will receive ¼ page advertisement in syllabus and prominent recognition in all Marketing and Seminar materials.
  • Sponsorship displayed on service tables, in syllabus and as noted in Exhibitor Agreement
  • Sponsorship noted on service tables, in syllabus, and as noted in Exhibitor Agreement
  • Sponsor's name displayed prominently with centerpieces and as stated in the Exhibitor Agreement
  • Sponsorship noted on service tables, in syllabus and as noted in Exhibitor Agreement
  • Sponsor may imprint name and logo. Sponsor will receive prominent recognition on all Marketing and Seminar materials.
  • Sponsorship of the gifts presented to speakers. Recognition will be given as stated in Exhibitor Agreement
  • Full page, full color advertisement in Seminar syllabus distributed via electronic delivery
    to all Seminar participants & advertisement in all Marketing materials
  • Half page, full color advertisement in Seminar syllabus distributed via electronic delivery
    to all Seminar participants & advertisement in all Marketing materials
  • Quarter page, full color advertisement in Seminar syllabus distributed via electronic delivery
    to all Seminar participants & advertisement in all Marketing materials
